Information on how to use the website & how to measure your dogs collar size

We have tried to anticipate all your questions in the following pages, however if you cannot find an answer to your query, please contact us at sales@growlerpets.co.uk and we will reply as soon as we can.

How to measure for an accurate collar size.
For the Red Dingo collars, use a tape measure and place around your dogs neck, take measurement in inches or centimetres and choose the closest size listed for your dog.

How to Shop
We have tried to make our website an easy shopping experience………so here goes!

When you run your mouse over a page if the arrow turns into a hand, you can click into this section and open up another screen.

Browse through the different sections of the website by clicking on whichever section you like, these are located along the top of the page and on the right handside of this page, use them to move through our site.

Once you have decided to buy a certain product use the drop down box to choose the size required and click add to cart. Continue adding items to basket until you have finished shopping. Click on checkout, this page will show you the item(s) you have ordered and the quantity and the total cost to you.

You now have 2 options either proceed and place the order using our secure payments page or go back to the left hand side of the page and choose another area to look in and continue shopping.

If you choose another product, do as instructed above and when you get to the checkout page all your items will be there.

You can delete items from this checkout page at any time by clicking 'remove'  under the individual item.  Then just enter your billing and shipping information and choose your method of payment.

Stock Availability
If you do have any queries please call our customer services team on 01279 211411 and we will be glad to help. We hold huge amounts of stock here at Growler Pets but we cannot always ensure the availability of a product due to the high demand for certain products. This is remedied over time but each time a new product is put on our site it takes a few days to gauge our customer’s reactions to it. If a product is out of stock, we will always give you the best information we can on anticipated delivery dates.

You are important to us and our ultimate aim is to keep your details safe.  All Growler Pets online purchases take place in a safe environment using the latest security technology to protect ourselves and more importantly YOU, our customer.

Shipping & Handling

If something is not in stock, we will advise you as to when we expect delivery and send it out as soon as we receive it. If there is an unforeseen further delay we will notify you in writing and ask that you reconfirm whether you would still like the order to be sent to you. We will only charge you postage ONCE per order, even if we send you more than one parcel.
