How to measure for an accurate collar size.
For the Red Dingo collars, use a tape measure and place around your dogs neck, take measurement in inches or centimetres and choose the closest size listed for your dog.
For the Hot Dogs All Dressed range, if you measure your dogs neck then add 4 inches this will be the collar size, eg: your dogs neck measures 12" then you will need to buy a 16" collar

How to Shop
We have tried to make our website an easy shopping experience………so here goes!
When you run your mouse over a page if the arrow turns into a hand, you can click into this section and open up another screen.
Browse through the different sections of the website by clicking on whichever section you like, these are located on the left hand side of this page and will stay there all the time, use them to move through our site.
Once you have decided to buy a certain product use the drop down box to choose the size required and click add to basket. Continue adding items to basket until you have finished shopping. Click on checkout, this page will show you the item(s) you have ordered and the quantity and the total cost to you.
You now have 2 options either proceed and place the order using our secure payments page or go back to the left hand side of the page and choose another area to look in and continue shopping.
If you choose another product, do as instructed above and when you get to the checkout page all your items will be there.
You can delete items from this checkout page at any time using the delete box next to the individual item, then recalculate

Stock Availability
If you do have any queries please call our customer services team on 07594 803104 and we will be glad to help. We cannot always ensure the availability of a product due to the high demand for certain products. This is remedied over time but each time a new product is put on our site it takes a few days to gauge our customer’s reactions to it. If a product is out of stock, we will always give you the best information we can on anticipated delivery dates.

Shipping & Handling
If something is not in stock, we will advise you as to when we expect delivery and send it out as soon as we receive it. If there is an unforeseen further delay we will notify you in writing and ask that you reconfirm whether you would still like the order to be sent to you. We will only charge you postage ONCE per order, even if we send you more than one parcel.

Estimated Standard Delivery Times: between 1 and 7 working days
We intend to send all items within the UK by Royal mail or courier.
Returns & Refunds
You can return your order providing the goods are in a re-saleable condition in ALL the original packaging, within 3 days of receiving your order, if goods are faulty you will receive a full refund or exchange.
Return your item with a brief note with your full name and address on, explaining your reason for your return.
Take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office - we recommend that you send returns by registered post. Please always obtain proof of postage when returning a parcel. We always try to process returns as soon as they arrive. However, during really busy periods, please allow up to 28 days for your return or exchange to be processed. Please note that refunds bought as gifts can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can't stop the payer knowing.
